Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, deploying, or integrating the Valyrian Voice orchestrator system, dedicated GPU execution nodes, or API runtimes, your organization agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Valyrian Voice.
2. Responsible Calling & Telephony Policy
Our clients are strictly responsible for the campaigns generated using Valyrian Voice. By utilizing our dial session orchestrators, you agree that:
- You will not use the platform for spoofing phone numbers, generating illegal robocalls, or engaging in fraudulent marketing practices.
- You represent that you have obtained all necessary prior consents from call recipients before generating outbound voice dialer actions, compliant with TCPA, TSR, and similar local telemarketing laws.
- You agree to comply with hour-of-day calling restrictions built into the campaign dashboard configuration panel.
3. Billing & Allocation Policies
We bill platform services transparently based on selected usage variables:
- Flat Platform Fee: Billed monthly in advance. Grants workspace admin access, database partitions, and CRM synchronization integrations.
- GPU Node Compute: Billed per second of active node allocation. Node allocation starts when a Dial Session is launched and ends when it is manually stopped or leads are exhausted.
- Telephony SIP Carriers: Routed directly through carrier SIP trunks and billed at raw provider cost. Valyrian Voice does not add markups to active carrier trunks.
4. Intellectual Property & AI Runtimes
Valyrian Voice grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access the dashboards and run the call orchestration engines. Open-source speech, LLM, or voice synthesiser models running on host GPU nodes are governed by their respective licenses (such as Apache 2.0, MIT, or custom research releases).
5. Limitation of Liability
Valyrian Voice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that call synthesis latency will always remain under 600ms, or that voice streams will be completely uninterrupted by regional SIP carrier carrier network dropouts. In no event shall Valyrian Voice be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from call campaign outcomes.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to call orchestrators or revoke system API keys immediately in the event of user compliance violations, billing defaults, or carrier abuse reports.
